Kravia Strengthens Its Focus on International Growth

To support further international expansion, the group is now making changes to its management team.

The rapidly growing fintech group Kravia has put another year of strong growth behind it. With a turnover of over NOK 100 million and good profitability, Kravia stands out as one of the most exciting companies in the Nordic region. To support its continued international expansion, the group is now making changes to its management team.

Having established a strong foothold through close, strategic partnerships, particularly within the accounting industry, Kravia has grown to nearly 50 employees across offices in Bergen, Trondheim, Ålesund, Skien, and Sarpsborg. The company is now also expanding rapidly in Finland and Sweden using the same model.

Key Internal Promotions to Drive Growth

The company, known for disrupting the debt collection industry, is promoting two key internal profiles, Kristin Raa and Aleksander Linge Ervik, to new leadership roles to maintain its growth momentum.

CEO: Scaling Up for New Markets

Svein Ove Kvalsund, CEO of Kravia, explains the need for these changes:

"We're at a point where we simply need more capacity in the management team. This can involve anything from navigating state regulations and corporate culture to cross-border IT issues. There is a continuous need for coordination in new markets," says Kvalsund.

He adds, "These are two highly skilled individuals who are now being promoted, and I am incredibly pleased to fill such important roles through internal recruitment. It's yet another example of the strong team we have built at Kravia."
